BOOKING

Can I contact GrinStays before booking?

Can I book accommodation as per my need?

GrinStays Bungalows have different accommodation capacities. You can match your needs with the bungalow. Apart from specified accommodation, extra charges may apply per person. Feel free to discuss this topic with our team before booking.

I booked the bungalow for X guests but more guests are joining. What do I do?

Under such circumstances, please contact our team on call +91 9923851177. We will try our best to resolve this issue and arrange more accommodation space on our property (T&C apply*). However, extra charges per person may apply. You will need to make complete payment before check-in. Refund is not applicable on cancellation of booking or extra accommodation charges. We do not have a ‘Money-Back’ policy.

What are the Bungalow Rules?

GrinStays Bungalows have certain rules and terms of usage. You can read the instructions on our website (specified on bungalow pages respectively). Every property can have a different set of rules. Please read it carefully before booking. Also, follow these rules when staying with us for a hassle-free experience. GrinStays care about both – people and the property. Please refrain from making damages. The loss expenses are subject to be paid by the guests staying in the home at the time of the damage.

PAYMENT

I have made the complete payment. Do I need to pay anything to the caretaker before/after my stay?

GrinStays is flexible with payment methods. You can transfer the payment amount in our bank account or make quick UPI Payment via Google Pay, Phonepay, etc. When dealing in cash, please discuss with our team over a call +91 9923851177. We are here to help you!

What do I do if my payment is stuck while booking the bungalow?

Please connect to your bank and inform our team at the earliest possible. We will try to track the payment from our side and notify you when received.

How much is the Security Deposit?

The security deposit varies for every single villa and is subject to change. You can connect to our team for the information on the security deposit. We do not provide refunds on cancellations and the same is applied for security deposits.

CANCELLATION

What are the different cancellation policies at GrinStays?

GrinStays has a strict cancellation policy. To know more, read our Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my Booking anytime?

If your booking request is pending, you cannot cancel until it is accepted. For accepted bookings, read our Cancellation Policy. You are not entitled to any payment refund on cancellation. We do not have a ‘Money-Back’ policy.

How does GrinStays handle Cancellations?

Guests cannot claim any refund on cancellation. We do not have a ‘Money-Back’ policy. However, guests can reschedule their booking dates. We don’t charge additional Rescheduling Fees. Feel free to reschedule your booking on the available days within 3 months from the date of booking.
